In the interests of health and safety on the hottest day of the week, the ladies had to partake in a far more gentle workout than usual this week.

Followed up with a visit to the Yorkshire Mining museum to see how health and fitness was managed for the miners.

It has been a varied and exciting week here at Social Eyes.

Today we celebrate our sixth birthday since the service inception and the activities and progress continues unchallenged as the best in the Borough.
