The footballers of Social Eyes enjoyed a day out and studying the importance of keeping their bodies healthy to play in the South Yorkshire Ability Counts League.
Then a visit to two stadiums to view their heroes and grounds. Many thanks to Sheffield United and Leeds United for allowing the visits.

Girl power fitness and The Banned in rehearsal.

Here are The Banned in rehearsals.

The football lads sent us for our Social Eyes travelogue feature these photos and greetings from Upper Burbage in the Peak District.
If you like a good walk with fantastic views then put Upper Burbage on your itinerary.

Down at the Parkgate hub the group of adults with learning disabilities were continuing their practice for putting on their dancing shoes to boogie all the way to ‘Buckingham Palace’ for a Queen’s Platinum Jubilee-themed fundraiser.

The Rotherham-based community group Social Eyes’ merry dance will see them complete an incredible 500,000 steps – the approximate distance in steps to Buckingham Palace – ahead of Her Majesty’s milestone celebration in June.

Keep tuning in and see what other Jubilee activities they participate in.
