Another day of socially distanced visits to deliver Christmas wishes, keeping morale high until we can return.

Since Social eyes opened in 2016 the staff team have always participated in Secret Santa at Xmas. During the current pandemic we, as a service, have been supported throughout by all our families and friends of the service, Rawmarsh St Josephs Junior football club loaned us their ground during lockdown and many other organisations as well as the local authorities.
This year it was suggested that we give back locally to help in these trying times and The Green Team opted to support Hallam FM Christmas children mission.

So the secret Santa for colleagues became secret Santa for the Hallam FM Mission Christmas and all the staff members purchased a gift for a child.
On Wednesday Claire and the Green Team dropped off our donations at B&M Parkgate.

“It was a very proud moment to explain who & what Social eyes is & why we were donating so generously. It really is important to be kind, and everywhere we take the service users on their outings everyone is always so kind to us.“
It just remains to wish you all a happy, merry, safe Christmas. Instead of a Christmas card here are a few of the beautiful Christmas trees our service users have helped erect in their homes.

And still the Green Team continue with the home based social distanced visits. Delivering cards and presents, individual baubles and work packs to pass the days way while they wait to return to Social Eyes.

More photos today of the social distanced home visiting the Green Team are doing in the run up to Christmas.

The home visits are in full swing now for the Green Team from Social Eyes. Following the early Christmas closure to protect our vulnerable clients the team are making socially distanced home visits.

Come back tomorrow for more socially distanced photos.
