Our leisure and helping hands groups were out and about at Wath Wood farm and the pictures. The helping hands were building flat pack furniture.

A varied activities day @ Social Eyes Rotherham on Friday. The Banned rehearsing, footballers training, cooking lunch and painting ducks.

We are so proud and looking forward to using our sensory room, its such a wonderful space and we cannot thank Ambispace enough for our amazing room and specialist design work.

This sensory room at Social eyes Rotherham, Day Service in West Melton is already well loved by the service users after just a few weeks of being installed.

What was once a storage room is now an inclusive and accessible multi-sensory space, designed to support adults with learning disabilities and autism. With wheelchair-accessible features and a range of interactive sensory elements, the room provides a safe environment for self-regulation, relaxation, and exploration.

Hi all, a quick January roundup as your editor has been a victim of these dreadful virus’s doing the rounds but is now on the road to recovery.

The ladies have continued with their swimming fitness.

The gentlemen with their fitness regimes.

The Banned have kept up their rehearsals.

Our groups have been out and about delivering newsletters and even sampled the new Rotherham motorway services along the way.

Our cafe has continued producing great food as have our in house Friday group.

Social Eyes Rotherham is closed today due to the snowy weather, we hope to resume normal activities tomorrow.

We are all looking forward to a great 2025 at Social eyes day service and all the fantastic activities we enjoy so much.
