There was fun and laughter on trips out in the sunshine.

Fun and games at the Rawmarsh St. Joseph’s Junior Football Club grounds at Stubbin in Rawmarsh.
Rawmarsh St. Joseph’s Junior Football Club adopted our football team and during Covid allowed us to use their outdoor facilities, so that, the Social Eyes day service users were not marooned at home. Fun and games all socially distanced allowed parents / carers / guardians to have some respite as many of the Social Eyes clients had no understanding of Covid restrictions.

The ladies are just as enthusiastic as the footballers in the keep fit stakes. Their weekly sessions are full of fun, laughter and fitness.

The footballers of Social Eyes enjoyed a day out and studying the importance of keeping their bodies healthy to play in the South Yorkshire Ability Counts League.
Then a visit to two stadiums to view their heroes and grounds. Many thanks to Sheffield United and Leeds United for allowing the visits.
