So, what a week it has been, filled with anticipation and excitement as we prepared and celebrated VE Day. There were lots of activities planned, all to honor the sacrifices made during the war.

Food preparation at the start of the week with St George Day following on allows for a delightful opportunity to plan and create traditional dishes that celebrate this historic occasion.
