We had a return visit from John Healey MP who had this to say, ” I am very proud that I have been able to support Social eyes and be part of their story right from the start. Ten years ago, two people began with three or four service users and a Saturday breakfast club. Today, Social eyes is a growing community where adults with learning disabilities build friendships, confidence, skills and independence through shared activities and support.
For many people with learning disabilities and their families, finding understanding, friendship and support can be life-changing. That’s where Social eyes makes a difference. It’s great to see them going from strength to strength.”
