Good morning everyone, today we are doing a roundup of photos of some the activities that you are all sending in.
Our team members who visit you daily have been renamed “Support Buddies” by many of you, so here we go some of the support buddies in action.
Our support buddies have been out delivering craft packs & giving support again, chatting to you, with the social distancing in mind, and bringing me back some great photos. 💚 💚 💚
We have Claire baking chocolate chip buns [ which I am sure she will recreate for the end of lockdown party, David’s completed Beatles jigsaw [he is a music fanatic so even his jigsaws have to be music inspired], Martin trying out the exercises before his daily walk, Sam cleaning the car and Rachel drawing.
Our footballers, who won the South Yorkshire Ability League last season, and their supporters may be interested in more photos of my son, Simon, who is sharing his photos of turning the Principal stadium in Cardiff into the Nightingale hospital, Cardiff. He was there for a week and fitted 113 executive box rooms and 80 corridors with the essential nurse call systems and today he returns to Cardiff to complete 1200 more nurse call units. Although the hospital has been opened there is still lots more to do and as he sends me photos I will share them with you all and maybe our Social Eyes team will get to play in this fantastic stadium when all this is over💚 ⚽ 💚💚 ⚽ 💚💚 ⚽ 💚💚 ⚽ 💚
They show the transition from football stadium to intended 2,000 bed hospital.
And the final one from last week was the opening of the roof to let the sun shine down on the hundreds of workers, army personnel and volunteers. It will certainly take a lot of work to restore the pitch 💚 ⚽ 💚💚 ⚽ 💚💚 ⚽ 💚💚 ⚽ 💚
